Flylife Fitness is a Megaformer Studio in Colorado Springs, offering individual and small group training on the revolutionary Megaformer M3 by Lagree Fitness.
All workouts on the Megaformer M3 utilize spring based tension to provide a challenging yet low impact workout.
Our goal is to help you improve your all around physical fitness in a non-competitive, supportive setting.
Our classes are 45 minutes in length and use slow, controlled movement to target effective muscle stimulation without damaging the joints.

Amy was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. After earning a bachelors in Health and Human Performance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Amy moved to Colorado to enjoy the mountains. She spent several years in large fitness facilities personal training and teaching Pilates. On a trip to visit John while he was fighting fires, Amy took her first Lagree Fitness class and knew she had found her next fitness adventure. She loved how it brought together her extensive Pilates background with her education in exercise science. Outside the studio, Amy enjoys rock climbing, running and hanging out with John and Flylife's gym pup, Griff.
Born in Chicago but drawn to the mountains from an early age, John initially moved to Fort Collins after high school to attend Colorado State University. After attaining a bachelors in History with a Colorado teaching certification he ventured through multiple outdoor education/adventure jobs that included; field instructor for a wilderness therapy program, senior rock climbing guide, US Forest Service hotshot/helitack firefighter. In his off time you could find John dangling from the big walls of Yosemite and the desert towers of the Moab region. His love of health and fitness attracted him to the industry and he is extremely excited about this new chapter of his life.

Q: What is Lagree Fitness?
A: Lagree Fitness is a total body workout program that combines elements of strength training, cardio, and Pilates into a revolutionary fitness program. The workout is performed on state of the art Megaformers, which allow the user to maintain constant tension throughout the workout. Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity workout that is low-impact yet still builds strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
Q: I’m new to Lagree Fitness and the Megaformer, should I start with a private or group session?
A: For most healthy individuals, group classes are an appropriate way to get started. Individual sessions are recommended for individuals with health issues, chronic pain, deconditioned or extreme fitness goals. If you think you might need to start with an individual session, please give us a call at 719-396-0615 and we will help you get started.
Q: This is my first session. What should I wear and bring to class?
A: For attire, general fitness clothing that you could wear to a yoga or Pilates class is recommended. Also bring a water bottle and sticky socks. If you do not have sticky socks, we have them avaliable to purchase in our studio.
Q: How do I book a class?
A: Classes can be booked online through our schedule. If you have any issues with the online scheduler, please give us a call at 719-396-0615 and we will help you out.
Q: How do I cancel a class?
A: Changes and cancellation of class can be made up to 12 hours before the class begins. If you cancel or do not show up for class, you will automatically forfeit the class. Late cancellations within the 12 hour window will lose the class and be charged $10 to the card on file. No shows will lose the class and be charged $20 to the card on file. No exceptions.
