Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is Lagree Fitness?

A: Lagree Fitness is a total body workout program that combines elements of strength training, cardio, and Pilates into a revolutionary fitness program. The workout is performed on state of the art Megaformers, which allow the user to maintain constant tension throughout the workout. Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity workout that is low-impact yet still builds strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

Q: I’m new to Lagree Fitness and the Megaformer, should I start with a private or group session?

A: For most healthy individuals, group classes are an appropriate way to get started. Individual sessions are recommended for individuals with health issues, chronic pain, deconditioned or extreme fitness goals. If you think you might need to start with an individual session, please give us a call at 719-396-0615 and we will help you get started.

Q: This is my first session. What should I wear and bring to class?

A: For attire, general fitness clothing that you could wear to a yoga or Pilates class is recommended. Also bring a water bottle and sticky socks. If you do not have sticky socks, we have them avaliable to purchase in our studio.

Q: How do I book a class?

A: Classes can be booked online through our schedule. If you have any issues with the online scheduler, please give us a call at 719-396-0615 and we will help you out.

Q: How do I cancel a class?

A: Changes and cancellation of class can be made up to 12 hours before the class begins. If you cancel or do not show up for class, you will automatically forfeit the class. Late cancellations within the 12 hour window will lose the class and be charged $20 to the card on file. No shows will lose the class and be charged $30 to the card on file. No exceptions.

Policies

By signing up for a class at Flylife Fitness, you are agreeing to the policies of the studio.

Socks:

Grip socks are required for all clients in every class. What this means: Please ensure you bring grip socks or plan to purchase them on-site. Safety note: This policy helps maintain a clean, slip-free environment that protects you and others during sessions at Flylife.

Attending Class:

Upon showing up for class, please stop by the front desk to meet your instructor and get registered into class. If you do not let your instructor know that you have arrived for class and ensure you are checked in, you might be considered a no call-no show for the session.

Late Cancellation and No Call No Show Policy:

If you can not attend the class that you enrolled into, please return to your account and cancel your reservation. As long as you cancel at least 12 hours before the start of class, the session will be returned to your account with no penalty. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class time, you will both forfeit the prepaid class and be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

If you sign up for a class and do not attend, you will both lose your prepaid class and incur a $20 no call-no show fee.

We are unable to make concessions for late cancels or no call no shows, so please manage your account appropriately and plan to attend the session booked.

Wait Lists:

When a class is fully booked, the reservation button beside the session will turn into a waitlist option. If you choose to go onto a waitlist, our booking system will automatically move you into the class as other clients cancel their reservation. If you have signed up for text or email reminders, you will receive a text or email notifying that you are officially enrolled into class.

Choosing to not activate text or email reminders prevents us from notifying you about information regarding the switch from waitlisted to enrolled and it will be your responsibility to manage your waitlist status. At 12 hours before the start of class, in alignment with our late cancellation policy, the waitlist will no longer move you into class, so you are not surprised with a last minute transfer. Late cancellations for classes do happen occasionally, so in the 12 hour period before the start of class, you can check online for any last minute openings and book directly into class.

Late Entry:

Out of respect for everyone in the room, we ask that all clients arrive a few minutes before class begins. If you are running behind, you are still welcome to join us — however, if a waitlisted client is present and ready at the start of class, their commitment to being on time will be honored and your spot will be offered to them.

Autopays:

Our autopay membership options are designed for clients looking to attend class regularly. All autopays run on a regular interval of 30 days from the purchase date, and all classes purchased on an autopay must be used within the 30 days. If you would like to cancel your autopay, please return to your account and cancel the subscription. If the autopay is not canceled, all charges are considered final. If you already have an autopay, please check the next date of purchase or cancel the current autopay option before purchasing a new subscription. We are unable to offer refunds for any mismanagement of autopays.

Class Packs:

All class packs in our systems have a 12 month expiration from the date of purchase. Please be aware of the expiration date of your sessions and plan to use them accordingly. We are unable to extend the sessions.
